I get it, it is a pay to win kind of package and gives players the option to skip all of the story line content if they so choose. I progressed to 450 without any of these packages and I recommend new players to play all of the chapters.
Kind of off topic but, Rift used to be free access content until I believe 4.1/4.2 content came out which they made “pay to access”. Gaming companies have to make money somewhere.
Except that the package is not exclusive for new players
New players will have to play the story chapters regardless, to reap the chest rewards
Its true though, that game companies have to make money somewhere
However, lately the game releases more and more on packages and cubes despite its declining population, do you have any idea why?
