Today we will discuss about two bot/spam prevention measurements.
1: Giving the megaphone item a cooldown (like 5 minutes)

It will work in addition to the lvl 40 restriction.
For those of you who don’t know what i’m talking about:

It won’t affect the players too much, because the shoutbar is mostly used to distribute items and not to chat.
2: Make spamming by bots impossible by adding a mute system
After spamming more than… say 5 times in regular chat, a character get’s muted for let’s say 2 minutes.
If it happens again after a short period of time has passed he get’s an extended mute:
1st time - 2 minutes
2nd time - 10 minutes
3rd time - 45 minutes
4th time - 1 day (max)
All these mutes could also be tracked and further investigated by IMC.
It’s important to set a reasonable time for it to trigger the mute system,
otherwise our fast typing fellow gamers would have a problem 
Looking forward to your opinions/critics about these ideas!
I would be happy if IMC would also say something about future plans,
because simply banning bots (as well meant it is) won’t help if the
same amount (or even more) is created each day.
