Sorcerer Info Megathread

Perhaps after the update we’ll start to see Sorcerers use Helgasercle and Rexipher cards to test them out? I believe they’ve been added finally with the Card Update, although I’m not too sure.

And there seems to be a graphic glitch on the CD, for example when you morph and ride again right after you use a long CD skill, the remaining CD will still show on the new summon, but you can still use the skill.

Enemy bosses seems affected too, now almost every boss has a spammable skill.
Poata’s roar, Tree’s shield, etc…

maybe its a mistranslation, all others is when you are hit, not when you attack.

How are you guys getting your TS to level 10? I’m currently lv 5 near lv6 and having a hard time getting more cards. Hunting world bosses just got 10x worst now cause of the new card system. Tried hunting world bosses a few times before the patch and someone usually kills it.

Always do dungeons with 2 bosses 3 times a day in as many characters as possible.

Aparently the bosses now drop not only cubes, but also their cards.

If you had previous alts you might have 10+ cards on them from quests.

thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I only have one alt and didn’t realize cards were tradeable in team storage. I would have just made a few alts to get the cards from quest but cards no longer drop from quest :unamused:

EDIT: I’m reading that cube don’t drop cards as well. Is that true?

I took cards from alts back when quests gave cards.
Dungeons are fine, and you can get some cards from missions too.

Chapparitions will be the new meta for soc. Its lightening skill is doing > 20k AOE over 3 seconds, on a 3 seconds cooldown. It easily outshines frost cloud due to its 0 down time, able to hit flying mobs, and mobility. AND no 50m silver attribute needed!

I dont see the duplicate spell on sage, what I saw was two spells of damage, portal, create a clon of yourself and teleport, and the interesting stoping missiles spell. The two defensive spells are interesting.

Sage doesn’t have a “duplicate spell”, duplicate is just an attribute from an atk skill that opens a dimension crack while dmg enemies

Im not seeing what you’re seeing.
The damage depends on how many enemies there are clumped up together, otherwise it just spreads singular damage out…

I suppose its alright if you get enough enemies together but spending the cards to make Chappariton powerful eh…

Not really 20k, and it’s still kind of slow all things considered.

@DogeSummoner Enchanter can temporary boost char lv, does that mean, if I summon while the buff is on, I get a higher LV summon? since summon LV scale with our LV

@Nekopire But you also need to take in account how much SP we are using while riding, and not to mention, while we are riding, all attack toward the summon with hit us as well.

Man, I can’t wait to get to Sorc C2. Look at all those spammable cooldowns.

How much SP do you consume while Riding again? 3% per second? In PvP, it sounds like you have plenty of time to use the skills before someone kills your summon. PvE… well… sounds like a lot of potions.

Do we have any information on the Sage and Enchanter skills? Featherfoot skills are already out and translated. All three of 'em.

Sage sounds quite promising.

Attributes:

Micro Dimension : duplicated (Max level 1)
Skill [ micro dimension ] replicate some of the fixtures and summoned allies within range of this attack by two. The replication target is not replicated again.

Micro Dimension : strengthening (Max level 100)
The damage of micro dimension increases by 1 % per level characteristics

So it does damage AND it can replicate objects AND summons?

Sounds like the skill that makes the spirits follow you. I’m not a WL expert so I don’t know the significance of having them follow you around.

but most skill have a very long casting animation, so I don’t think is a good idea to ride on top of it and spam the skill, most skill can still hit you.

Yeah, I’ve been checking 'em out. I edited my post to reflect the change. Someone’s already doing the Google Translate for us.

Sage sounds very promising, if Micro Dimension can REALLY duplicate summoned allies, not just objects. A potential bug could be the duplicates having access to their skills. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if IMC will just nerf it and make Sorc’s summoned bosses immune to replication – they have quite the track record.

This is making me think about my builds/classes for Rank 7 and up.

so far we don’t have other detail on what other object beside fireball can be effected by it, I guess later today we’ll know, after ktos have their update.

Sage does seems interesting tbh, as for warlock, imo, I think the main highlight is that it will boost your already strong dmg skill in C1.

I’m kinda interest in enchanter now, cause I want to know how does their empowering effect our summon.

same here, I had being holding back on my advancement because of this, since if I want more dps, I would go warlock and warlock 2, but if the new class is interesting, I might take an utility class on my build.
