Sorc C3 New Skills

Found a video for the new skills, but they seem to be very weak.

Video:

Evocation: Hits once and only chipped the hp from the same lvl mob. However, I don’t know if these mobs have a high Mdef or Hp.

Maybe increase the damage or add damage over time?

Desmodus: Weaker than Evocation and also hits once. The blessings gave another hit, but that didn’t help to much either.

Maybe increase the damage and add multiple hits? that would fit well, since there are many bats flying at the targets.

What do you guys think? What would you like to see changed about the new skills?

P.S I like how desmodus skill shoots bats at the targets. I also love bats too! :blush:

Summoning: remove percent sp consume use flat sp consume instead.

The percent sp consume made Sorc unable to keep maintain their sp if build SPR that is su*k(especially Summon that need SPR for addition DF). (Hell Breath and Psychic Pressure too please change to flat sp consume )

Evocation: summon boss monster, summon use their attack skill and continuous attack until the end of it duration.
Level 1: 5 seconds

Summon Familiar: summon swarm of bats, bats attack then explode itself after attack. add base attack.
Level 1: Attack 180: 5 bats
Level 2: Attack 195: 6 bats

Summon Salamion: Increase size of Salamion (give him feet? need more scary look) and add aoe attack ratio and fire breath skill. A Mediocre summon that can only auto attack is nonsense for rank5 class

Desmodus : summon swarm of bats, bats attack inflict[Bleeding][Curse][Blind][Fear][Darkness]. Deal 2x damage on enemy affected by any status effect.

And if we can have full control on summon/companion like RTS games
or look at Path of Exile summoner
the current is just look like unfinished product.

[evocation] could have used a different animation … it’s like summoning some corpse only to detonate it. Why not draw from the very 1st iteration of an FF summon (it’s basically just a “huge” spell - very flashy)

You know what? How you describe stuff makes me think of Morrigan Aensland from Darkstalkers. She would make a badass sorc.

wait…20 bats? thought it was 15?

I love summoner, but I’m not a fan of suicidal minions, which use its life to deal damage, it look pretty dull to me even if it’s more effective than the real one who actually fighting with you.

@STAFF_John YES!!! SPR is the worst stat, it need more love

I hate how I keep end up throwning all my stat points into INT or CON, I wanna use SPR!!! I wanna build it so badly! But those bonus max mana from SPR keep prevent me from building it.

Yeah I personally found it boring too, but since it only consume your mana once, so I couldn’t ask for more.

I just want IMC tweak its AI, it’s so stubborn

@STAFF_John Yep plz!!! Allow sorcerer to switch between offensive and defensive mode, make all minions attack base on sorcerer’s auto attack, If sorcerer hit multi targets by normal hits, minions will switch their target to the one who got latest hit.

  • Offensive mode:— Minions attack nearby enemies and whoever that being hit by sorcerer’s normal attack.

  • Defensive mode:— Minions keep sticking with Sorcerer without attack anything but they will attack whoever get hit by sorcerers’s auto attack.

Make demon from summoning autocast their skills just like in CBT1, I don’t wanna stuck with only temple shooter, it’s boring :frowning: even temple shooter have much betters skills to cast compare with the rest.

20 bats that require rank7 with 35 secs cd, multi shot 16 arrows 2 charge with 14 secs cd on just rank3.

The higher rank the more sp usage, skills Level 1 of the rank8 may start at 100sp. Now the game is playable without require SPR and sp regen gear just cuz Alchemist pot. Not even think more higher level the more max sp, and then more sp consume for that minion.

Yes, SPR give amazing ailment resistance if you invest to it, I tried 2 CON:4 INT:4 SPR ratio in iCBT 2 and I love it, until I got sorcerer and realize how expensive % mana drain is when you have high amount of maximum mana.

So that is why I wish IMC change summoning to drain flat mana instead of % mana or just remove max mana from SPR to boost magic resist.

Mana potions won’t grow on the tree, the more max mana you have the more mana summoning drain and less potion effective.

If nothing change, perhaps I will build only 50 SPR for early game then keep using plate armor on my sorcerer. At least we got double amount of mana regenerate compare to CBT.

I was the same and I was a main psycho sorcerer :\

I removed spr form it cause my sp drained like water and potions did absolutely nothing to help :expressionless:

after I removed it the sp drain became slower and a single alchemist lvl5 potion was enough to keep me good and I could get like 50+ xD

sadly getting frozen every 2 seconds on some maps also sucks hard :frowning:

that because you talk like 20 multi hit is some thing too broken. if you don’t like me comparing to archer then how level15 cure, zaibas or even fire ball.
Summon Familiar now is meh at best.
current playing Sorc just like throwing 2rank for 1 usable Temple shooter and c3 for wutt.:disappointed_relieved:

did Summon Servant work well on Sorc? cause it give Increased Dark Property Attack and aoe attack ratio.or it buff warlock’s skills since warlock was dark elemental?

Bats are a pvp skill in terms of damage. It is single target with very low chance of AoE.

If you wanna use it in pve, use it to taunt. Mobbing cap is a thing (just as ridiculous as the buff cap but whatever) and you can only ever have 5 (was it 6?) angry at you. Pop bats in the middle of a lot of mobs and each 1 will pull its own 5 mobs.

summon servant is a must have skill…

As I remembered it only add 40 dark attack
