Sometimes i like to play with and by myself

and i have 4 OTHER computers, so for 3 hours i farm, and i know when it startrs, when it ends, i can puase when i want. I never farm afk.

IF what i do is against TOS, ban me.

well, im allowed or not, so ill wait gm reply.

everyone likes rules so much, believe when i say, i want it that way, but we are two words apart.

edit, im QERTOOOO in klapedia, i dont think i do anythink wrong, tell me i not so people can stop calling me names (people or voices in my head, i dunno )

While many players wants that to be against rules, it isn’t on its own. As long you’re not using any cheat or anything of the sort for now it’s fine, can’t say about future though.

We could argue like many things on how many accounts can exploit events, change natural progression of the game, allow some unintended profits. There are many points of view of why this would be against rules and as well many for why this would be allowed.

And while it’s not against rules for now, I don’t think there is any announcement that explicitly allows you to play with many accounts. Pretty much “use at your risk” gray area until said otherwise in official channels.

its easy to try make a threshold, like i only use 4 accounts from my cousins becuase i wanna solo, but its just not matter, we wait to see what gm says, because i have been reported MANT times, and nothing happens

i think its steam itself that ezplicitly allows multiple computesrs unless u cheating
u tell steam u kicked a person just for useing more than one computer, u know what happen, steam tos superseecs urs

Nah. Each game is allowed to have its own rules when it comes to these.

i think it really depends on the nature of these multiple accounts. if these are legit accounts of other people who are letting you play then we have no problem. if these accounts are made so that you can have multiple characters while avoiding to pay the additional slots, then this falls under illicit gains through deception and unfair methods, simple as that, i think ‘w’;;

Pretty sure using multiple accounts to play this game won’t cause ban. Even when you use multiple accounts to do events because to get rewards you have to spend time to play it properly.

As long as you play the game in a normal way without using any hacking tool or exploiting bugs, you will be fine. No one cares how many accounts you have tbh.

How does one farm on 4 separate computers simultaneously?

doncha think it’s kind of an abuse for people not buying additional slots when it is there? ‘w’?

@Csiko
i used to play on 2 computer simultaneously (when sis is afk and we in the middle of something [or i need her skills on certain enemies that i can’t do with just my character]), but 4 is a little too inefficient, unless you have a setup that you can switch screens and control with ease, but that’s a little too far fetch for a borrowed account dedication level Owo

Is it really an abuse? I mean it is not impossible nowadays that one person can have many pc or laptops at home… I thin it is only an abuse if we are supposed to only play with 1 ip address at a time and still play on many computers…?

Yes he could be ineffecient farming with many toons but if he is doing it by himself and not causing inconvenience to others, i think that should be okay… Some people like to play alone and that is a preference sometimes

Altho I agree with what you said, this isn’t a very good “argument”. That’s actually the excuse a lot of cheaters/RMT use “if they’re not affecting anyone”. lol

i mean having multiple accounts to avoid paying for additional slots.

kind of like abusing free corned beef samplers in a market to get a free daily lunch owO

Unethical but still does not violate lol :stuck_out_tongue:

by violation, it does kinda sound like an unfair advantage towards peeps who pay for additional slots, doncha think?

unlike the sample scenario i provided, IMC did mention about unfair advantage as a form of violation.

the additional income the player gets also plays a role to the economy which may cause inconvenience to others. although minuscule compared to other big time economic influences, you can’t simply turn a blind eye on shoplifters just because there’s some kingpin in town.

unless said player uses the income in a manner that doesn’t affect economy
(like selling everything to npc, and just save money without buying stuffs from real people)

unormal circumstances for unormal people is what i’d consider not causing trouble in this scenario

but unnormal circumstance for normal people? i think not ‘w’;;

by that i mean, doing these unconventional stuff but used in a conventional manner

such as doing this unconventional earnings and use these items in a way that what everyone does, which involves other people

making many accounts for character slots already has its own disadvantages like you have to switch around accounts and your character progression is not added into 1 family for team level. I think it is fine haha :smiley:

I’m not saying that multiple accounts is inherently against the rules.

I’m saying that I would question someone who believes that they are efficiently “farming” with 4 characters simultaneously without some level of automation or perhaps multi-boxing (I mean this in a very specific way, ie one key press moves multiple characters), which is against the rules.

Buffing yourself doesn’t seem to be against the rules, but the abuse with alt accounts has been egregious when it comes to things like diamond anvil sharing, soooo… kinda torn.

If only diamond anvils didn’t exist. :thinking:
