Are you sure that’s what it was? it looks like he quoted somebody else and made up a translation.

That was totally taken out of context. He was quoting another person and then implying that the reason they said those things is because they are unsure how to set up their bot. Pure speculation, of course. But no, that person is not asking for bot help lol.
