[SOLVED] Miko Hidden Quest-line bug -- Cannot Progress

Was told by ticket support to post this here since you all can fix it (lol)

Type of Bug : Quest Related (notice it says type of bug, not question)

When the error happened(Date, time, location) : 1/1/2018 ,7:30PM CST -6, Demon Prison 1

Steps to reproduce the issue : Make lvl 1 female cleric and use the new Rank Booster Item to instant 180. Then Cleric 2, Krivis 3 and then go do Miko quest while at 15 Class: Manahas -> Klaipeda - > Orsha -> Crystal Mine 3F -> Pelke Shrine Ruins -> Uskis’ Arable Land -> Demon Prison 1 then go to Demon Prison 2 and kill 100+ mobs then go back to Demon Prison 1. I followed this guide without skipping and made sure it said I got the spirit (Guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hrx9E0qXMEMaVxLpPk1lAwXJC0Wc20pkAANFwfmeKLM/edit#heading=h.1my7ew38urie)

I went through each stage again (4 times) to ensure I got everything. Even Demon Prison 4 times and all it said was “something is in the air” and would not let me pick up anything.

Conclusion:

–> Powerless Gohei <-- how do I get charged Gohei item if it won’t give me it even though I have successfully completed all the steps and ensured 4 times (even did Uskis 5 times just in case so that was 5 hours wasted there, and Pelke Shrine I did 2 more times which did not even spawn a spirit even though the light before it glows was there).

Please fix my character because at the moment, I cannot and will not do anything until this is fixed. I am currently logged off where the Miko Master is supposed to be after completing Adrijus mini quest line to enable talking to her. (By the way, I cannot see her but its because my item won’t turn charged…)

The light of Pelke Shrine is always there (for some reason).
Sadly the ticket staff is famous for not giving a proper reply the first few times, you usually need to harass them and hope that at some point one of the staff members that will see your ticket is someone who cares. For some of my tickets it took months. Much fun.
I think your best bet at the moment is to PM the forum staff (@STAFF_Yuri @STAFF_Amy @STAFF_Letitia) and ask them to check if there’s an issue. Maybe it’s a bug related to the rank booster. Since you did it several times while being careful I doubt it’s a mistake on your part at this point.

I did just that (messaged those 3 staff members). Thanks for that suggestion. I hope they respond because I don’t have much time left before my semester starts up (22nd) and I would like to enjoy being able to play ToS without having to worry about something that (seems to me) is not my fault…

I did file verify on steam and the Manahas spirit spawned again. I am not sure if it was due to yesterday’s maintenance or what is going on but I know I had already grabbed this successfully last week. It spawned again and I was able to see it. It then changed my gohei.

This can be closed since something, somehow, fixed my bugged state. It had to of been client side since verify said it had to redownload 35 files and it took a while to download them…

I’m happy to hear that the gohei was successfully charged after verifying the files.
And could I ask what server you play on?
