Powerless Gohei not change to Charger Gohei

When the error happened(Date, time, location) : 23/03/2018, Powerless Gohei cannot change to Charged Gohei

Steps to reproduce the issue : Already done in collect 7 spirits for Miko pre-advancement quest from 7 maps but the Powerless Gohei not change to Charged Gohei.

  1. Demon Prison 1
  2. Uskis’ Arable Land
  3. Pelke Shrine Ruins
  4. Crystal mine
  5. Orsha
  6. Klaipeda
  7. Manahas

Description : The powerless Gohei in my cleric’s inventory cannot become charged Gohei after I collect all 7 spirits. Could you check and give me suggest how to fix my problem ? Looking for your answer. Thank you

Yes, it’s their automatic reply to this kind of issue because it’s a hidden class with specific requirements, so they never suspect the possibility of a bug. And this quest can be so tricky it usually truly is a player’s mistake.

I guess unless you have screenshots/videos proving you got the 7 spirits and the Gohei still isn’t charged, they won’t check if it’s a bug.
I’d say to start with Uskis’ because there have been cases of people getting it yet it didn’t count.

I try to pick up spirit at Uskis 2 times and some place spirit appear again like manahas and Klai but Gohei still not change yet.

You need to have screenshots/videos for them to believe you :confused: Especially since no other Miko has been complaining about that recently.
They can’t start an investigation on a possible bug if you cannot prove there is indeed something not working rather than it being your own mistake.

Oh, I saw something on another thread that fixed the same issue : verify your game files, then try to grab one (or several) spirit again.

There is one person have an issue like me and you are the one suggest him/her to messenger forum staff. And somehow he/she fix the problem when update game again but not work for me then.

Yes, because she/he had redone it so many times, it seemed like a bug rather than a possible mistake.
That’s why I told you to first verify the spirits again, then it’s best to contact the forum staff about it rather than the ticket staff. But if you only try it once and say “it doesn’t work”, their answer would be to verify the game or be sure you’ve done it all, that’s why imo it’s best to get proofs of you receiving the spirits right away.
Everytime you did the spirits it did tell you that your Gohei received them, right ?

But anyway, if you’ve redone the spirits and verified your files through Steam but it’s still not charged, yes, it’s best to talk to the forum staff (via private message or tag them here).

As I said, I re-done many time except the Crystal mine, Orsha because it not appear any more. There is no trace or evidence to proved that I already done in collected other spirits many times

Well, the fact you cannot take them anymore in itself is a proof you did them correctly~
But contact the staff, then :o You can send them private messages on the forum, or tag them to explain your problem to them: @STAFF_Letitia @STAFF_Yuri
