There was a cosplay event last Feb. 20 here in Cebu Philippines. Me and my bf decided to cosplay Hoplites (male and female) because we like this class during the beta

Your BF is using Gilt Hat that drop from Pandwa ( think that is the name), the archers from Tenet F1. It look really neat the hat.
