Snatching~bleed (Someone tested?!)

I need to know if the new snatching can apply bleed even to mobs that are not flying?! Some saying it can, some saying it doesn´t apply, please if you know for sure tell me… Ç_Ç

If I get time this weekend I can test it for you but I’m 90% sure it only works on flying types

I know for sure the old snatching was only against flying targets, but the new one i have no idea =/
