Okay so I’ve just started playing my 2nd character and I’m here to give my opinion on skipping some cinematics. It would be great if I can skip some cinematics like minor ones that doesn’t have anything to do with the main quests or the main story. Reason for this is because like I’ve said, I’m already on my 2nd character and idk, it’s just kinda gets boring to watch/read each and every cinematics all over again.

I second this. Especially when you are going to fight a boss.
I know they are not that long but as you said, it gets boring once you watched it a couple of times.
