The game won’t shut down but we can choose to leave the game until they fix the problems. Decision makers are higher management of IMC and decisions flow down from top level to the bottom level. So even if we flood the support with suggestions and complaints, unless they have the time and resources to compile and construct meaningful messages to their management, we won’t see changes happening so quickly.
Players come and go. Sales goes up and down. All these changes happening would eventually be reflected as statistics to the upper management of IMC and when they finally understand reality, they may bring some change. From the way I see how IMC is handling ToS, I know they are not a big company and while I dislike how things are being run at the moment, improvements are taking place at a slow pace.
We can choose to be patient or leave this game. Ultimately I feel that what makes or breaks a MMO game is not 100% dependent on the gameplay. The community is equally important, sometimes even more important than the gameplay itself. So when we have toxic people posting negativity all around, the overall feel and experience of the game gets affected eventually.
TLDR, if you don’t like the game, go for another game. If you don’t have anything constructive to make the situation better, just keep it to yourself and find another game. What’s the point of ranting in the forum? If you want to move the community and gather the support of everyone to change the game for the better, ranting is not going to help.
