Should i stay or should i go? (♪, ♩)

Are developers triying to fix the fps problems in the game, or they just gave up?
Since long time i didnt read anything about this.

When i knew about the “RE:BUILD”, i was very excited cause this means that the company still invert money in this game.

The question is, should i expect they fix the fps problem, (im disposed to wait, even one or two years), or should i move to another mmo?

let’s just say we are at a negative value during this transition towards rebuild. and slowly work our way up from that when rebuild hits, before we get back to our current state of the game, and proceed to improving the the game performance owO

For someone called stronger you show too much weakness of will…

Make up your own mind and confirm with your own tentacles what you desire…

Be truly Strong, if you want to hop in and taste while you wait for RE I will have my arms open for you, if you want to go play something else then I shall wave as I see you in the future and if you wish to never return then it would be goodbye…

But the choice must be 100% yours…

They never give up, they just find new distractions and priorities like RE:B

We had an optimization patch half a year ago.

The devs are actively working with this game, but as part of a small company they can only do so many things at a time; this time, they chose to focus on reworking the class system.

If you stay, you’ll probably see an optimization patch sometime. That being said, only you can decide if you want to wait for that possibility, or if you’d rather leave meanwhile/forever.

just leave then
and if you missed the game, you can come back anytime.

You wont know how much you love something until you lost it!

… which magically disappeared the day r10 got released. I can’t tell you how old it becomes to getting warped back every ten seconds or so because the game repositions your character from the server coordinates each time you get a micro lag spike instead of refreshing from client, which was the case after optimization patch came out and before r10.

But yeah, dev effort is on re:build atm, so we will have to wait until it gets balanced before we’ll see more effort put into optimization.

got it from this thread: To IMC, please take your time PATIENTLY preparing itos's rebuild

this is so true… i believe it already happened a few times already… client gets optimized, things become smooth for a while, then come large, major updates, poof! optimization gone.

lately it takes me like, a full minute on my first loading (usually on town). it wasn’t like this before. though on the other side, some erroneous addons might have some effect.

Oh yeah definitely lol. I crash 9 times out of 10 in Challenge Mode lately. Still, the fact we got an optimization patch at all shows the dev team is aware and tried to solve FPS problems, which I was pointing out for op since they said they hadn’t seen anything about it. Their approach, implementation, and results certainly aren’t above critique, but we also shouldn’t ignore their efforts.
