Hi huys, I’m building an archer like this by now: A2 > QS3 > (Rank 7 will be Musketeer).
And my problem here is: someone told me that if I get Rank 6 Falconeer I could have more AoE damage. And it seems kinda fun having this class to play. And I’m really confused about it.
So my question is: Should I sacrifice more range and atk speed with an Archer 3 to get Falconeer Rank 6?
I’m currently interested in pvp, so take this in consideration.
Falconeer is more of support type… so I cant see how it can give more AoE Damage other than circling+ multi shot/snipe. but then again… i have yet experience QS 3 or A3
But for pvp, it provide a knock down with Hovering and peasant, you can use hangshot to escape or something else as you can like it to be.
So, should I stay with A3?
Do you have an opinion about Schwarzer Reiter instead of Falconer tho?
Schwarzer Reiter’s Retreat Shot is one of the most powerful AOE in the game under certain conditions (wall hugging). Although, currently it’s really buggy from what I hear.
i’m too lazy to dodge boss mechanics so i’m getting A3 for increased shooting range from kneeling shot. In many boss fights you’ll be able to just sit your arse down outside boss aoe range and keep shooting during the entire thing.
Falconer would just give me more buttons to press and i like things simple. Leaving the aoe to linkers/elementalists/fletchers.
Since you going for AA, A3 will be better
u dont really get many chance to use kneeling shot…
That requires a good tank to hold BOSS stand still, which would be a luxury…
If u dont have a regular party to play together, A3QS3 will be a nightmare for leveling because u lack of AOE ability…If u have to solo a lot, I would suggest take scout1 like I do…
Cloak for map travel, Flare Shot patch up some AOE ability and Camouflage + Running Shot = Machine Gun Bunker~
Im also stuck on the falc ac3 debate as well. Looking more at archer for range and aspd but falc circeling could be benifical
Falconer at Rank 6 will provide you a lot of needed utility for earth tower runs if you ever decide to do that in the future, even casually albeit.
Meanwhile Archer 3 is not that amazing when it comes to what it gives you.
I took the plunge into Falc and hoenstly teh people that hate it are just lazy XD. Sure you have to recal you bird each time it does a skill that that is worth it. In ET utility will rule the day as you wont be able to just be a straight up dmg dealer you gotta bring something else for the team.
