Hello Saviors, We ran some questions and answer before the GM sessions. We would also like to hold for the important questions for GM’s so… Lets go a bit Fun 
Q Why the difference in enemy spawn rates between KTOS and ITOS?
A Beside the very version we don’t use any other method to convert the game differently from other Region.
Q When players/bots are banned, are they removed from the Adventure Journal?
A They are removed from both the Journal and the game. We may allow them to return again but never a third time.
Q How is the war on hacking going? Is progress being made, and are cheaters being reprimanded? How much of a problem is it?
A It’s a neverending fight and it’s hard to see the whole picture in terms of progress. In order to prevent to hacking or attemp of hacking please use the Steam guard for protection.
Q Is there a viable plan against AFKing and botting players? How is progress being made against them?
A Everyday we take care of a significant number of bots. The GMs also actively patrol and check key areas. We are also looking things to discourage afk actions.
Q Why do you all have different in-game and forum names?
A We are all different people
Q Do you all play the game actively? If so, which version of TOS do you play on?
A We are all playing the different classes which is also a funny thing. For example, Staff Yuri tend to keep making support role characters, And Staff Ethan prefer Swordsmen
Q Any plans for Developers themselves interacting with the ITOS community?
A Staff Max discussing the Mystical Cube would be a good example of this. Through the Developer’s Blog, you can see the developer’s plans.
Q How big of a problem is language barrier?
A The first thing we should say is that the Devs cannot speak English quite well. This is one of the reasons why that Devs cannot communicate directly to the players through the forum.
Q Who is GM_Francis, and why does he have a different name?!?
A Because Francis is super cool.
Q Will the Silute server ever be moved back to South America? Any updates or additional information on it?
A We already ran some information about the best location for SA players on last week. It would be helpful if more ppl answered but, well…nothing is solid at this stage.
Q Any news on cracking down on trolls here on the forums? (When users circumnavigate bans it has other users worried).
A Anyone who crosses the line and personally attacks or insults another forum user will receive equal punishment, even if he or she is considered a troll or not.
Q What are ways the community can help TOS? What advice can you give players wanting to do more?
A People tend to describe in detail the things they want, but when it comes to describing the “difficulties” people tend to just point out problems without giving enough details about them. We wish that our players could provide us with more details about the problems they have so that we can pinpoint the issue and solve it as quickly as possible.
Q The trend is concerning, the population of players is decreasing. What ways is IMC going to reverse this trend?
A There is a lot of information about this coming up and we actually already released some new announcements about our future plans. Also, plentiful events are planned and checked for improvement
Q Are concrete, major steps, actively taking place that will increase the quality of updates for TOS, and ITOS specifically?
A We already released an announcement about improvements last Friday. More information is coming and I think you will find them quite interesting.
Q What are the responsibilities of GM’s? What is it that you all do?
A The responsibilities of a GM involves not only taking out bots or answering questions but also improving the player’s experience. GMs chat with our fellow gamers and joke with them as well. Things like that.
Q This ones very subjective but I think it could be cool anyway. What reasons are there to play TOS over other MMOs? What does TOS have that others don’t?
A In my personal opinion, creative job classes are one of the things that make TOS stand out. I’ve rarely seen an MMOs with Cavalry, Muskets related Jobs
