(1.before last maintenance the star shines way brighter, and now it’s weaker, cause the light seems to be somehow covered by the star.
2. most important, equipping it will make candle staff skin stop glowing)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- equip any +16staff with candle staff skin,
- wear shining star wings,
- the candle staff stops glowing.
