Lets say you use a 100 def shield, after you block you gain 100 + 200% = 300 atk or just the 200% meaning 200 atk ?
When take the shield off, the buffs stays up ?

It’s 200%, meaning say if you block with a shield that has 40 def you will gain 80 attack.
What I’m more curious about is how much it increases your chance of blocking missile attacks…
