Mob change: ALL joint penalty-resisting mobs will no longer resist joint penalty.
I have a question: is the skill Shadow Fatter canceled/does not work against buffs (PD, profecy, etc)? Can anyone test?

This debuff is lvl3, meaning that only Beak Mask has 80% resistance to it.

The link shows another skill debuff (shadow conjuration). Is It the same lvl as shadow Fatter?
