Services Schedule: Founder's Server Open : Tuesday, March 29, 2016 02:00 AM (EST)

Dear IMC.

I would like to urge you to reconsider this release date.

Many people will see this game on steam, try and play and realize they can’t, and it can lead to many negative reviews on steam, giving very bad publicity.

As well, many might have taken time off for the original release schedule, being on the 22nd. As such it can be hard for them to re schedule this.

I do also believe that giving people 4 days to purchase the early access packages (Which I have just done, 2 of them) and download the game in time for the release.

I am sure others can chip in with more reasons why it could be good to change the release date.

May I suggest perhaps moving it just one or two days, rather than a whole week?

Thanks,
Best regards,
Arkaia

I agree. I feel this is a terrible foot to start on. You were will to reconsider your entire launch for those who do not wish to financially contribute to your game, but now you don’t care about inconveniencing those who had the 50.00 ready and already requested off of work.

Is an insult to your PAYING player base.

Reconsider, please!

They’ve been very clear that the change in founder’s packages would change the release date. It’s not much of a change and the biggest thing is the second statement on steam saying:

Free to Play Server : Thursday, April 28, 2016 (EST)

Y’all gettin f2p months earlier than expected. There is really absolutely nothing to be complaining about.

It’s just 1 week… I find it ironic that most people told the ones who couldn’t afford the game “wait 3 months” can’t wait a week now.

I don’t think people get that there is more to launching a game (especially through steam) than just turning the servers on. We’re just lucky they didn’t have to push it back further. There’s really no way to please all the players though. Doesn’t matter what’s done, someone is going to be disappointed, I know this… but I’m still kind of shocked to see this kind of thread already.

The irony is quite amazing, isn’t it?

Logic ^^
Of the waiting game.

But heck, i had my holiday up anyways xD.
Would have been godly to start it with this.

BACK to makeing bookshelfs… and glass showcases. For the week.
Need to get my domecile … to be my castle again.

It should be the same … regardles sof when they realese the “founders beta”.

Lags.
DC.
Screaming kids.
WHining kids.
And lots of flameing xD.

It’s always like that on the first week or two… when people realize “this is a Beta!!!”.

They gotta realize that the amount of players that will enter the game with this new founder’s pack will be quite noticeable. It’s like complaining at this point is just part of the program. I’m dying to play the game but honestly I’d rather play a stable game than a login error game… plus, I just bought Salt & Sanctuary and it’s ■■■■■■■ awesome :d.

@Rubiss I know, right?! It’s even more funny than the guys who are no longer willing to support IMC because of the 1 month time period, lol.

The newest announcement says there will be multiple servers, so it looks like they’re trying to do their best to please make sure there’s room for the expected higher influx at least.

That’s great! Altho I’m sure Waifurine will be full just because waifu.

tl;dr I don’t want to wait and play the game now.

There’s nothing to complain about, lol. It shouldn’t even matter when they are releasing the p2p server, as long as it’s 30 or more days before the real f2p release.

Well, that is, if you’re actually in this to support them, rather than just being impatient and wanting to play the game as soon as possible, no matter the problems that it can cause.

I’m willing to play as much as all the people here, but please, control yourself and wait, is not much time. Players eventually will know the new release date through Steam and TOS Forum.

Did you actually read what I said? I am not saying anything rude and have provided answers and links to information about the very crap people are complaining about. Disagreeing with people isn’t wrong or trolling.

where do you guys don’T understand that’s it’s not a question of “being impatient”.

It’s a question of " we went out of our way to ask for last minute day off, to be told friday when it’s too late to cancel them that game isn’t going out on due-date because of people who DIDN’T WANT to support the company"

I’m sorry, it’s terrible. I just waisted 1 week of vacation for nothing.

What you don’t understand is when people force a company to make last minute changes to something that probably they had weeks if not months of pre-planning might require them to push back the start date to give them time to make the necessary adjustments.

I am not saying the way the initial situation was handled correctly or not but what I am saying is when plans change, one should expect these types of things.

People will rage when the expected doesn’t go there way and I have seen that quite a bit on these forums but at this point how does complaining or crying about what IS, make anything better?
