Server capacity went down considerabily?

Well, according to this http://steamcharts.com/app/372000 there are 9k players in, 4k less than some days ago.
But now this says we have two green squares of capacity taken, when before with around 13-14k it was a single square http://i.imgur.com/JiABqoH.png

Well no players means they dont need to run the servers at full power :smile:

But dude, the game is lagging right now. Getting 0.31 instead of 0.17 which is almost 100% more delay.

Its imc what you think they will do after all this time.

Yeah, I must be making up this crappy attack speed and high ping numbers.
My mind is so strong it causes lag.

Maybe it’s your internet or PC. I have been playing at less than 100ms after the patch. But sometimes (like at least 3 times per hour), I get over 9000 ping. Same thing when I play Dota 2. That’s the problem with my landlord’s Internet, can’t do anything about it

Nah, my internet is fine and I get a steady 0.16 ping to the server’s IP. Problem is in-game.
Less than 100ms doesn’t mean it’s good, unless you’re playing from Venezuela or Brasil or Europe.

I also want to report getting significantly more lag while playing the game despite the lack of players in game. I think it started 1-2 weeks ago…

Speedtest? To be honest, my main is a typical AOE wiz so I don’t see problems between 0.1 and 0.3 ping.

And to be even more honest, 0.31 ping? Erhmaged, Imma so lagging. That’s hilarious. Want to hear my painful experience with Destiny PVP? AAA-class game developed by a famous developer and backed by one of the largest publisher. Still get tons of animal error codes even 1 year later

It’s always been this bad, only difference now than with 40k more players is that ping spikes are minimun, but stable high constant ping remains unchanged.

Try playing Sadhu with 0.31, that’s a lot of lag for a game which went from 50k to 8k players and all classes except summoning ones are highly dependant on it.

I have yet tried Sadhu and I have yet experience the pain of constant 0.31 ping in TOS. Not that bad in FPS games though

But if your ping went from 0.16 to 0.31. It must be something from server side, not client side. Bad codes or unstable updates can deal a lot of damage temporarily. However, bad codes from client side are cancer. For instance, I bought Warhammer 40k: Space Marine and only played for 1 month. Why? Cause the net codes were bad, Ultra bad. Players were teleporting all over the places. I quitted after 1 month of endurance and never came back. Waste of $40

13,860 in game as of 10:30AM EST. There was maitenance this morning which always decreases the amount of log in because it’s not a time of high activity anyway. Population is stable from last week even with all the bans.

Nah, I have been playing for the last 2 hours. Nothing different. Stable connection of less than 100ms, except for a few times per hour when my ping spiked up to over 3k.
