What are you talking about? If I go to Korea and play games in Korea, I will respect their anti-gay culture.
This however, is a game that was localized to English-speaking players, presumably the US being a major area it was localized for, and having an anti-gay feature in the game definitely goes against what many people in the US currently stand for.
If IMC is literally held prisoner in all of this and has no choice but to keep the word āāgayāā censored to keep a teen rating or whatever, my sympathies to themā¦but that really makes everything worse. It doesnāt excuse anything and that doesnāt change the fact that this needs to be fixed.

Tolerance has little to do with it. Generally people dont like when someones elseās private life preferences are being pushed into their faces or used to gain privileges without any effort. Here is an example:

Is PC political-correctness? If so, I highly disagree with political-correctness and this has nothing to do with being politically-correct.
Fact is, a word that is completely harmless is being censored. The arguments you apologists are making are dodging the issue, whether or not IMC truly had control of the decision to censor it is one thing, whether itās okay to censor harmless words is another thing.

Regardless of whether or not the TC complains about discrimination that doesnāt mean the censorship of the word is still okay. Like I said, if we start censoring words that could in theory be used in insulting contexts weād lose a massive amount of speakable words to each-other.
If the word gay is one of the few words that get this treatment, that indirectly is discrimination!
