SEA Players VS LA/SA Players - IMC Treatment

We definitely need a LA server on Steam!

I wonder what the reason of IMC does not rule on the differentiation of treatment we are receiving. When it comes to players from Europe or Asia, they are pronounced and even open a regional server. When it comes to Brazilian players or LA they just close the topic and ignore us.

Due to the facts occurred recently with the opening of new servers for the other Tree Of Savior communities, I think more than just that we the Brazilian community have the same benefits as a server that favor on the issue of latency in game.

IMC, attend to our request. LA want a server on Steam.

Even you don’t like brazilian community there a thing you guys must consider
Isnt just a Brazil thing, Latin America is about more than 10 countries (Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, RepĂșblica Dominicana, Equador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguai, Peru, Uruguai) So this is not just only Brazil thing, these tos players also deserves a server for them.
And this isn’t about hating SEA community, we are happy for them and SEA server, we are just asking for a LATAM server to us for a better ingame experience just like our friends from South East, so please IMC today is April 1st but we are not joking! Give us a answer please!

IMC team, we’re too big to you simply ignore us, please why don’t you open a Latin American Server?
Plus, many communities around the world don’t hate the brazilian community? I even received several and various racist and xenophobic comments just by saying “I’m brazilian” in icbt2 and put up with everything quiet, so please keep us apart from the rest of the world the other communities want, we want a server under 100ms, we paid for it, we support you since the announcement of the game We did ads for friends and acquaintances about the game for free, we deserve to be treated equally to Asian community.

I would love to LA/SA Server, as this much lag and unplugging.

Wow, what?! Are you nuts buddy? First of all, we do not like Level Up Services, and all we want its a region located server. Which is a pretty reasonable request for a huge amount of Founder’s. Nobody also forced you to play the game right? But you did it since you like it. We also like it. We are up to do what ever it takes to support the game. We are asking for something pretty simple, reasonable. Your reply does not improve in a single way the community of the game, neither the game itself. So please, if you could be more of a collaborator, we would appreciate it.

IMC games, with all respect, we need an official position of yours. We’re your clients, we like the game and we still want to be your clients for a long period, but you N E E D to hear us and feedback your clients. We want to hear your position about this problem.

I am very sad to have to play this beautiful game, with very high Ping [300ms]. This is a lack of consideration for us Brazilians we are waiting for this game for over years, EA players are not even half. If IMA does not provide the quality of gameplay, unfortunately will lose many players, even before the FREE ACCESS.

Why havent you guys realized that they are contractually obligated to NOT say anything regarding this?

IMC has been super responsive on all other issues, so the radio-silence here is obviously for a reason.

Even if this is true, they could just say “We are not allowed to give answers in this matter”, it would be sad but is way better than ignoring us.

They are a company, we are they clients, we bought the product and we think there might be a problem, it’s just like all other products.

Or when you buy something that doesn’t work properly you just ignore it and buy a different one?
