Screen size restriction

After open the game on Steam. The game load at this screen size. I can’t check any setting, everything is grey out. I had already tried reinstall the game but it still doesn’t work.

Still no fix for the resolution error. But then I found a temporary solution to this issue, without the need of getting another monitor. Edit your user.xml file: Set Resolution mode to “2” (this means window mode) Set Height and Width to the resolution you want. Open your game through steam and wait for it to completely open.
