Screen Freezing

Hello. Im having a problem here… my game/screen is freezing very often (every 3 - 5 sec). FPS drops to 10, 15, and sometimes 0. Whats going on?
On iCBT it didnt happen… Is it only with me? Seriously, on this way the game becomes unplayeble.

same thing happened to me, only on yesterday, before that it wasn’t have any drop to 0, this game is unplayable
