Can i use the Cloaking Skill from Scout and then use the Burrow Skill from Rouge without getting visible?
And can is use Skills while Burrow is active? I know that i can attack but i dont know about Skills.
I’m not sure why you’d want to do the first one. According to the description, you become visible by doing anything other than moving. I would assume you’d be visible for a split second while you’re jumping into the ground.
You can’t use skills while in Burrow. The skill tooltip states that much.
I want to do the first one for PvP, so that i can use Cloaking to positionate my Character and then use Burrow to attack. “Hide underground to conceal your appearance. In this state you can attack but cannot move.” thats the tooltip from ToSBase, i don’t see why i can’t use skills while the skill is active, it just says that i can’t move.
You can attack while burrowed but you can’t move. and stealth doesn’t show you until you start walking then your footsteps will show.
Im more interested how u can burrow something red (rouge), since theres no such thing. However, if ure talking about the Rogue (which I hardly believe its ur subject, as u clearly pointed out twice ur preference for something red), then maybe.

Maybe you should look into it a little more. It clearly states you can only use basic attacks while burrowed. Scroll down the page.
