Scout question, split arrow and c7 class choice

hi all, currently im a lvl175 archer 3 scout 2, class lvl14 going scout 3…

  1. should i max split arrow? the mana costs doubles for roughly 300 damage (which is very good) i’ve leveled 1-175 with lvl1 oblique shot, but im thinking it’d be better to level split arrow?

and

  1. best c7 class overall for this build?
