Scout C3/Musketeer or Fletcher C3?

I’ve got 2 characters, one sitting at A3>S1 and the other at A1>R3.

I’m looking mainly at PvE with some PvP, and I do intend to do solo runs on missions and dungeons; which one would fare better?

Essentially the questions would be:

  1. Can Split Arrow match Fletcher skills for AoE clearing? (I believe so, but I can’t say for sure)
  2. Can Musketeer match Fletcher C3 in boss damage? (No idea for this)
  3. How good is Fletcher in PvP without Scout? (Again, no idea as well)

Hope to get some opinions and advice on this. Thanks in advance!

Bumping this cuz I too having these problem

currently level 177 scout 3, with lv50 attribute in split arrow and using well enhanced khasti bow. 1 shot kill any flying units with split damage on bees at 13k. whereas on regular mobs doing around 3.3k crit initial target and 6k+ on split targets.

Lvl up the atribute on split arrow increase the bounce 200% damage too?
