Looks really cool, what build did you go? And what stats? (Sorry, newbie here)

It only looks that way. Double damage from 2-H bow’s attribute against flying monsters on a map filled with flying monsters. Thats all there is to that “opness”.

Ahh, i was looking at the skills in the simulator and was wondering why this class would be better then Fletcher and didnt really understand. Thanks for the info

Well, Split Arrow aka Oblique Shot v.2 that becomes available at Scout C3 is quite potent skill, but nowhere near “op”.

Its not even op. Do you even know what players have to to level to scout c3 have to use all the way to 170 plus? Just oblique shot and multi shoot and i tell you its HELL. The scout class itself 98% are just horrible utilities.

not true cloaking is really powerful. i can solo the lvl190 dungeon bosses by stealthing through and going on fast boss runs for ez loot

What’s your stats?

Great video btw.

141 str, 21 con, 7 int, 18 spr, 208 dex

Thanks, I’m guessing that’s stats with equips? Think you can give me your base stats?

138 str, 14 con, 4 int, 7 spr, 180 dex

2h-Bow is obviously good against flying enemies. Fletcher can pretty much do the same, lure bunch of flying mobs > spam crossfire.

Just that Fletcher has alot more to offer compared to Scout which is why there’s barely any Scout C3 playing. Most are Fletchers.

Don’t get me wrong, my original plan was Scout C3 as well but it’s really overshadowed now by other archer classes.

Liked your first video

But thats not OP at all…

The really big flaw of this build you show at the boss firght in the second video, you just rely too much on one skill, and your single target damage looks a bit weak…

Are there any field monster drops actually worth farming (I don’t mean world bosses). I think that is the main question at hand.

Scouts are probably one of the best classes for killing a bunch of field mobs that are spread out too much for aoe. Just twin arrow down single targets when there aren’t a bunch around.

The thing is…is there a reason to farm field mobs? Do any end game recipes drop off them or really rare ingredients that high end recipes require?

A scout might work just fine and deal respectable damage compared to his peers…but unless he does somethibg special, I don’t think many will pick it.

Tanu Flowers. You need at least 2 for collections.

Some higher level map’s collection require monster gems…

Alright then, let us make a few assumptions.

-we are done with all dailies
-no world bosses for hours
-we are max level
-Tanu Flowers (or whatever field drop item) are the highest selling item in the game with a lot of them selling on the market each day
-farming the above item is the best silver/hour outside dailies

Under these ideal conditions…does a Scout farm a lot faster than a Fletcher or AA archer or whatever archer (his direct peers).

Idk, maybe some people think Scouts are fun. I just don’t think OP is the way I’d label them.

Wow such a weak build. I thought the damage was weak even before realizing this is with 2x air bonus. Must have been a bitch levelling this.

Not a chance scout is any way near the caliber of Fletcher. When it comes to some fields where single target DPS matters against mobs with high HP scout doesn’t even come close.

today I learned scout was a Dps class…

Scout is actually a support class.
