ranger 3 = steady aim lv15 = 20% damage
IF:
retreat shot 3 hits per sec x 10 secs (duration)
and 1 bullet = 10k damage
10k x 3 = 30k damage x 10 secs = 300k damage
300k damage + steady aim lv5 = 330k damage (30k increase from 10%)
300k damage + steady aim lv5 = 360k damage (60k increase from 20%)
p.s. do note this only accounts for a single target, if you hit more than 1 target, then the damage output will be multiplied along.
IF: hits 10 mobs = 30k difference * 10 mobs = 300k damage output

do note steady aim is T2 modifier, so whatever increased damage there is, it will always again be modified by steady aim as final modifier. (e.g glassmole)
