I think you should change the name from Patch Notes to Cash Notes.
It makes more sense that way.

This coming weeks will be pretty much boring without any new events IMC.

At this point, I’m thinking IMC will pull off a rank 8 type update again when rank 9 comes out. We will probably won’t see World Boss, class balance, and Klaipeda renovation by then.

Still no meteor/rain fix.
Still no fix on getting disconected in salus.
Been 1 month since the meteor/rain bug and 3 weeks with the salus disconection issues, they have adressed both and fixed non of them, offering appoligies its not enough at this point, transcendance system its slow in its own and in top of that we keep losing runs with alts every day, just ■■■■■■■ beautiful.
I guess its just as someone said in the report of the meteor/rain/quick cast bug, they dont actually fix anything at all, they just AFK untill a patch that can fix the issues comes here, and dont get me wrong, i can deal (at some degree) with the elememe skills bug issue (but TBH we dont have to), but the salus disconection issue just makes me want to stay away from the game.
Well, they have to be hurry and crab some cash before ppl that ITOS gain a few weeks ago are gone. Update? tsh, they don’t deserve that. And those wizard costume are just some recolored old costume, the money’s too easy lol and , wow they buy it.
Tube socks OP! Archer was already OP because of Sapper’s default costume now you’re going to break Wizard balance as well!
And quicken’s duration seems to be stealth buffed…
I’m inclined to believe in what I said last year (or the beginning of this one) in another thread.
IMC is trying to kill this game in west for some unknown reason, since the renovations, only downhill again with updates, more bugs than before and even old bugs persisting.
Well, Steam’s summer sales ran well, I bought a bunch of games (Shadowrun series. Windward (this game raid is the thing, hard AF but fun) and Satellite Reign) for the price of 100TP in SA region.
I’m happy with my purchase and IMC won’t see my money till they change stuff back to when it was before all this gacha crap.
We already have to try our luck on material drop, I don’t want to try my luck with my money in something pointless, for that, I have the lottery system of my country.

Every time you have Update a problem. Do not you test the update before you get the public?
This way you will break the game, for God’s sake solve this problem soon, the beta of the game already finished a long time ago, this is the primary error.
Ai spend the whole day with the bug to get late in the evening to reward the players, updated, gave problem fixes, but do not leave like that. It’s better to stay in the maintenance game for a bit longer than to get this ■■■■ all day long!

I would like to ask, to prolong the “Ways of the Pirates” event or to lessen the amount of wood boards needed to complete the “Honorary pirate” title. As it stands you can only mess (e.g. games issues) up 3x - any more and you cannot get the title.
And still no Quickcast fix…
I agree with “I imagined they would do something for 4 of July.” Pretty sad they didn’t, but in all honesty, they might not even know or care about American culture anyway. 
This is an international game, the majority of players are from South America or South East Asia so i don’t think doing something for 4 of July would be wise. I personally would feel awkward celebrating another’s country national holiday
Well, there are games that are international (like ragnarok 2), that makes events for 4 of july, 7 of september (brazilian independence), st. Patrick’s day, Tanabata Matsury and so on… If they wanted , they could do something… I mean, I’m not from USA, and even so, I know today is q big deal for them…
