About time quickcast bug was fixed You didn’t fix quickcast all the way. 
The Summoner changes will likely come with the content update given the scale of them.
Does this mean there’s no new leticia cube yet after maintenance?
Yes, but there is a new one most likely next week.

Still waiting for OOB ASPD scaling with your ASPD.
