Resets are not going to work. Players can’t play. They are losing the will to play.
Giveing resets wont make’en waste more time doing random stuff inside the game…
ToS is a game that people reaaaly want to enjoy. But this hardcore vibe for non-workers and kids dont appel older people. Wich I belive is the majority of your player base in iToS. People above 20…
What would make players happy are events that makes our time valible, stuff that cut off this hardcore cancer. Events such as reset class. Or maybe events that give us tons of [event] blessed shards so we we can at least transcend 12 alts to stage 3-4. So everyone can enjoy it.
Events that give us tons of itens such as [team storage trabable] instace multiply, events such as attribute upgrade discount…
Double drop weekends, double exp weekends, double silver drop weekends.
Utility events. Nor bugged one that gives free Solmiki itens to exploiters and Hook64 users. (Solmiki weapons with you waste almost 4 months to build.)
ToS is becoming very, very boring, you are to blame. We is it? Your creativity? Your passion??
Stop doing bot events and enslaving events. There is something very wrong with you. 
me i just got out of hiatus for rank 9, my friend quit… I don’t mind playing because I like what i make… but why the server issue? also attract more fodder, I cant level my lowbies without anymore party for mercenary…
another thing… I was surprised i got a album saying i can get a card… opened it and boom lvl 330 poison worm with world boss hp. ghad why that mechanic? O_O i was 103 why? O_O why IMC why??

I think I speak for the majority of everyone here to say that taking into account the last occurrences in the game (bugged events, exploits, servers crashes for at least 2 days making it unplayable literally) it feels like the company is trying to sink its own ship.
There is no empathy for the player here, a damn “superior” reset i think will anger everyone here more than they already are.
It seems like a really bad joke. If you want the game to succeed, you also need to keep the playerbase motivated and somehow happy. Im not saying, giving away solmiki weapons (sigh, in a damn broken event, changing the rules at any moment) but all I could think of the last 2 days the server was non-stop crashing every channel, was, they better give a free dlc package or a damn good compensation because if not, they are going to lose a LOT of players, which is what has been happening the last months.
Ive seen an entire guild quit TOS because of these kind of things, and they went to play another game. They have sold the majority of their stuff and left the server. Im seeing a lot of guilds breaking apart, players in my guild totally demotivated/leaving the game/selling their stuff.
Sorry to make it so blunt, but the company is to blame here, and I would really appreciate a feedback of what everybody is saying. I love the game, but im very sad about its management. This game has a lot of potential, which even makes it more sad. You will have to change your mindset about how you manage the playerbase, or this will end bad for everyone here. Just my Point of view.
