New content is not available to normal players anymore. You will never be able to break the barrier of the artificially inflated GS requirement without a Jurate Seal. Upgrading equipment at 18-20 a piece will take ages, and the only way to meet requirement will be to wait for next season. This has to come to an end… Jurate Seal is old news and nobody being able to get one is absurd…
