I just recently discovered that the dex build is gona be quite messed after imc kicks in the change. (srry for finding out so late), and i just followed an old fencer build that went all dex. Im still relatively new to the game and is currently at lvl 64 with all points invested in dex, is there any way that i can save this build or change it so that this character might become viable?
Don’t worry about changing stats, there’ll be an event where you can get multiple stat, skill, and class resets for free.
For the actual build though, sticking with CRATE gear and going STR/CON is what’s appearing to be one of the best options.
For ranged builds, full dex with green gems in primaries should be good, provided that you have good ping.

- To compensate players for the balance changes, we want to prepare an event where you can reset your stats, skills and class ranks at an event NPC. The NPC will provide one stat, skill and rank resetting item per day that can be used a single time and for one day only.
- We’ve solved the problem of the character’s EXP not carrying over after a rank reset, so the new item should let you reset your rank under class level 15 without going back to class level 1.
- During the event period, players will be exempt from advancement quests, so you’ll be able to advance ranks directly without a quest. This applies to all characters, including those who don’t use the reset item.
Similar events are also taking place in KTOS, and KTEST which can give us an idea of how they are run.

There’s also the set bonus in Solmiki and Lolopanther, as well as a few individual pieces that provide CRATE. Although I don’t generally recommend Leather armour, 4 pieces does provide an additional 50 CRATE. Green gems might also work, but Red gems might be a better alternative.
CATK won’t be overly helpful with a Fencer, you’ll instead be relying on the 50% Crit Modifier which scales off PATK, with Epee to further increase your Crit damage.
