Think about it, if Doppels got 30%, we’d all roll red gems and have terribly good main offensive skills to go with it. Falcon pheasant and sonic is strong, but that’s mainly what you have. You’d still rely on your R9 and R10 fillers.
I’m going to completely side step this situation by going SW3 HL3/BB3 DOP3 Shinobi in no particular order. If they release master classes then I’ll drop a rank for Doppler Master if there is one.

I like the old Cyclone but even lvl 11 are 1k% per second.
