Nope, not fixed.
I even helped by sending the ticket you guys long ago asked for with the IP. It’s the same problem with the shitty network that the SA server is setup with.
Btw, the announcement says:
Other connection issues in the server are also being addressed and we will continue updating you as soon as we have new details
Which I would imagine is what the actual problem with the server, that problem is what gets characters “stuck” on maps. So please correct the title on this announcement to something that actually reflect the real situation.

[SOLVED] Three days ago i was playing at Sienakal Graveyard with almost no problem, just one or two disconnects, cant remember exactly. Today teleported there and got stucked. Just some minutes before, one friend with the same issue. We tryed every single channel, doesnt work.

At least put a button to teleport to Klaipedia/Orsha in the lodge screen, wait for the ticket response is to slow, and a lot of maps have problems.
I have a char stuck in Dina bee farm, another in Istora ruins and Verkti square don´t work too.
