This server has no support, IMC doesn’t care about us, they just ignore the fact that we need a huge maintence to correct this issues that are making the game impossible to play, I have lost inumerous CMs, ETs, raids and most of game content because every 10 seconds we get a 30 secs+ freeze, skills fail, do NO damage or are wasted, buff durations end before we can even make use of them, we take disconnect in the most inconvinient moments, I could spend all my day here listing every ■■■■ we have been passing through because of this freeze/lag

It’s middle of the night there… we’ll have to wait a few more hours so someone of the staff can come and say they’re sorry and that we should send a support ticket and a ping test to them…

Já estamos cansado disso, enviar direto ticket. O problema é simples, essa Engine acaba com tudo, pois eles já melhorarão o servidor, mas a Engine só vive dando bugs. Era melhor abrir a falência, reembolsar o pessoal e fazer o jogo na unreal Engine 4. Seria mais futuro, do que ficar batendo com pé e não levar em nada.
Eu sei, mas toda resposta deles aqui é a mesma… 'Mandem um ticket… respondam o teste de ping… '… Já cansei de ler a mesma resposta deles, parece que não entendem de jeito nenhum, nem com bom inglês, o que está sendo dito.
