[SA Silute] is unplayable

I cant log in neither, i was playing fine, and then it kicked me out, and I havent been able to log in again… please fix up this before the public launch!!

But you have enough proofs to say the server has a problem and not u ? D: … Then why is working for all of us?

I’m online since the server is UP, got lagged the first 10 minutes, I guess massive logins, and I didn’t disconnect since then, I’m still online (:

Well I’m not talking about 10 minutes, I’ve been here for about 3 hours. Here is proof, the ping to the server is fine with no package loss.

Well, after extensive test, it seems that the bug isn’t happening everytime in every map. It’s happening is specific maps, specific characters.

I have 8 characters to test.

Those that are in Zachariel Crossroads can’t even login. The game just go back to the login screen if I try to log with any of then that are there. If I go there with another character, it logs me off.

I have another character in Rukas Plateau that can log in but everything is lag beyond playable. Disconnects are often as well.

If I try to create another character in West Sauliai Woods, it goes smooth. After 30min it disconnected me, but I could log in back and keep playing. I could even go to Klaipeda.

Changing channels doesn’t work with those characters either.

It’s really bad lol. After I changed map, the game became unplayable. Lag over 9000, getting DC’ed everytime, freezes, spikes, etc. This server is unstable for sure.

Tá muito ruim, testei a conexão nos outros servidores e não há problema algum, já o servidor (LA) Silute tem bastante problemas de logins inválidos, desconexões sem sentido, masmorras com problemas quando em grupos.

Tentei passar itens de um personagem pra outro e o botão de desconectar não funciona, precisei fechar e abrir o jogo umas 10 vezes. Trocar entre um e outro personagem é quase impossível.

Antes de escrever essa postagem meu personagem (Priest) nem conseguir sair do lugar, voltava sempre pra o mesmo lugar como se não houvesse conexão pra tal ação.

O mais incrível é que os outros servidores estão bem e funcionando perfeitamente. Alguma atualização por favor, nós agradecemos de coração pela transferência de servidores e de poder agora jogar com baixa latência mas não dá pra jogar assim. Fiquem tentando muitas vezes e 30 minutos depois nada do servidor melhorar. Precisamos de uma força aqui IMC.

Yeah too bad, I tested the connection on other servers and there is no problem, since the server (LA) Silute has enough problems of invalid logins, disconnections meaningless dungeons problems when in groups.

The most amazing thing is that the other servers are well and running smoothly. Some please update, we thank you from the heart for the transfer of servers and can now play with low latency but we can not play like that. Trying to become many times after 30 minute no improvement of the server. We need a force here IMC.

Unplayable from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since yesterday I was only able to play for a few minutes in a row, I got disconnected all the time, lag is also horrendous today. Right now I can’t even login to SA server.

Update: After going to Miner’s Village, game logged me off. After trying for more than 30 minutes, couldn’t connect anymore in SA Silute. It’s still happening.

I can connect in Klaipeda and Orsha servers with no problem, no lag (just the usual)… well. We need an answer PLEASE!

Teleported from Fedimian to King’s Road to help a friend, got dc’ed and can’t connect to the server since.

SOLUTION:

USE A VPN AND USE ANOTHER SA REGION TO CONNECT ( CHILE MAYBE )

VPN: WTFast ? Or any other VPN soft.

I’m with problens to conect SA server too. Brazil :confused:

It does seem to work, my boyfriend is using it right now and it works. Unfortunatelly I don’t have any means to use one. I can’t pay for one and can’t create 14 days free anymore.

No reply from IMC whatsoever… ANY reply about this problem would be fantastic. Please @Staff_Julie @STAFF_Ines @STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_No @STAFF_John @STAFF_J please please please answer this.

UPDATE: It works well with a tunneling solution. I’m currently using Pingzapper and my boyfriend WTFast, in their trial. Pingzapper will disconnect me in 30minutes, WTFast will work for 14 days.

It won’t let us log in with characters in Zachariel Crosswords though. The bugged characters are bugged forever.

To have to use a tunneling solution means that there are errors in your server setup guys. Many errors in your machine setup. Please fix this fast, many users are complaining with no answer for a whole day! I lost the one day I had to play, unfortunatelly.

I told you already, is not IMC problem, is ISP’s problem.
Telecom / Fibertel / Etc…

So, IMC has nothing to be with this. They doing right.

You can keep that up as long as you want, won’t change my point of view.

It is their problem as I can connect to any other server. It looks like a tunneling problem so they must fix so people can connect.

What do you suggest with that comment? To make people call their ISP and ask them to fix? Have you ever called an ISP? They’ll say it’s the game’s problem. And if the game say it’s ISP problem… see? It goes nowhere.

When Blizzard had a problem with GVT, a big ISP in Brazil, they contacted GVT. It’s the best thing to do because we, the users, have little ground to make understandable arguments. We have “regular user level” attendees that won’t understand, even if they transfer to high level professionals. There is no way to fight this down here.

In sum, it’s not my problem, it’s happening to many many players as you can see in the forums. All my friends have the same problem in Sao Paulo, only one of them in Santos can access (another city). Vivo is the biggest ISP in Brazil.

A lack of answer from IMC is also hurting this pretty bad.

EDIT: Just another thing that is important: in the launch it worked. I had some disconnects but nothing too great. My friends too. I did 2 dungeons without any problems. This is recent.

IMC, why we have such an bad server? My ping here [SA] Brazil - Fortaleza 15Mb GVT/Vivo is discusting:

while in Orsha was/is 130 (with proxy for game)/without: 200~260 ops now its 110 there .
We have the biggest community and is that what we deserve?

There’s a Problem on the IP Route of Telecom/Telemar mostly in South America.

There are many Providers inside Telecom, for example, Fibertel on Argentina, as the one who said “Im from Buenos Aires”.
Well,

The IP Route globally used has collapse and they are being fixed !

It never take too much time, already 24hs so I guess in few more hours problem will be totally solved.
Some of us have the luck to be in other DNS, but others don’t !

So, AGAIN,

is NOT a IMC Problem!

Why why why write in caps bold and everything? Could you be a little less flamer in your posts? Could you keep it civil? Can’t you see people are stressed a lot for trying to play a game they payed, after soooo many issues with lag? Why would I believe someone that isn’t staff? Where is the official post? Just because you said so? Do you just believe what people say in caps? Do you like this attitude?

Having said that, the DNS problem is awkard as anyone can change that (to public google or something else) inside their routers or their ethernet adapter. A traceroute inside wtfast show only 1 difference… and isn’t in DNS. What are your thoughts here?
