Running Shot + Swift Step, does movement speed stack?

Running Shot allows you to run normally speed while autoattacking.
Swift Step increases your movement speed by 19% while autoattacking.

So my question is: does they stack? So that means with 2 active buffs i will be runing with 119% movement speed while shooting?

yes, dont lose the swift step bonus if use with running shoot, is only 2 differents buffs with sinergy
