does running shot allow you to spam split arrow like a machine gun?
and does the 200% damage output of running shot apply to split arrow,
overall split arrow initial hit will have an additional 200% damage and it will also deal additional 200% once it bounces? i dont have the luxury of testing this and see it fail 
, so can anyone clarify this for me? thank you
Split arrow is a SKILL with 0 cooldown.
Running shot is a buff that affects normal hits, not skills.
Split arrow 200% damage affects only the bounce, not the primary target.

i have never found a a1qs3scout3 build before, it used up rank 2-7 job slot
im not suggesting on actually building it, im just curious as to if the 200% of running shot affects split arrow. 
got a1 qs3 scout3 myself

yes , very satisfying combo.
It’s up to you that “what do you want from this char”.
for me ? I found myself enjoying with this build , ez 145 , ez solo quest , great when team-up with various class in dun and missions.
gonna make this char to hackapell next…
can you show us a vid of how fast the spam is?

if yes the answer is “the same spamming speed without running shot”
the thing is you can spam split arrows while running , just that .
