Rogue's C1, do you need a dagger?

I’ve been crafting my Alt. and one thing I’d like to know is if you need a dagger for any of the rogue skills?

Specifically, Feint and Sneak hit as I’m only taking C1 since I heard Feint doubles Barrage’s number of arrows. (Unknown if it’s a bug or not, I hear.)
But sneak hit also sounds pretty great.

I know it doesn’t say so on tosbase.com but it’s not always up-to-date. So I was wondering if anyone can confirm this.

Feint doesn’t say requirements for a dagger and you can look at this guy using feint with crossbow and a pistol

I am planning on using it with a 2h bow.
