Well, second time I need to contact IMC support from ticket and got an automatic robot answer THREE WEEKS LATER, and didn’t get my problem solved, and still got the ticked locked to ‘ANSWERED’…

don’t expect much from their SUPPORT. waited for 4 days for a reply only to get the most irrelevant answer from my ticket. Im so done with their support team :))

Try holding alt key and hitting F4 a few times
edit:Smashing your face into the keyboard to hit the F4 key is also a handy work around.
