don’t expect much from their SUPPORT. waited for 4 days for a reply only to get the most irrelevant answer from my ticket. Im so done with their support team :))
Did that not fix your problem? O_o
Try holding alt key and hitting F4 a few times
edit:Smashing your face into the keyboard to hit the F4 key is also a handy work around.
