they never showed up in the game, no one ever sees aGM ( other than the cbt long time ago ) they are almost non existent, no replies, no nothing, not even on this Official forums, when are the last time a GM actually replies in any topic for the past 2 weeks?

it bemuses me how this game even survive this long without any care since the release.
I submitted a ticket about Owl Burial Ground quest (on the same map as the quests title), activated by Gravekeeper Romas NPC. Many people since CBT have wondered if the quest is activated in some way, or if Gravekeeper Romas not appearing is simply a bug. Currently for one character on my account, Anita, he appears, yet for my character Maid, he does not. While being assured it is being looked into is nice, I was rather hoping to get a response on whether or not it’s a bug. If it’s a bug I won’t waste my time until it’s fixed, if it’s not, please let me know so myself and others can continue to figure out how to activate it. Thanks for your time!
My ticket. It’s literally a yes or a no answer, yet no reply. However, 2 days after the original ticket (I hadn’t played for a day and literally did nothing different) the NPC appeared so I assume it’s a bug.
But it’s just a yes or a no answer. Why is that so hard?
