Apparently what the devs really meant was “iToS will get an exclusive nerf to some classes that no one likes, and after that we’ll never update iToS again except with minor bug fixes while kToS continues to get updates”

30% increase applys only for swordsmans.
the 30% was proven to be a really tiny increase even at full STR so don’t get your hopes up.
