I dont see any good reason for this change. Itâs not like you can clean the all 40 floors of et spamming split shot, itâs has almost one use that is farming dungeons, none was complaining about it. I think IMC was just lazy, they change all 0 cd skills without considering if the skills were balanced or not.
Just realised something, you do realise itâs not IMC that does this itâs Nexon.
All IMC is effectively doing is translating it and hosting it. Kind of why IMC doesnât fix bugs, theyâre fixed when theyâre fixed over in kToS.
And warning, Nexon is crap. Ever played MapleStory? Yeah, same people. At-least they havenât put miracle cubes into tree of savior yet. Barring the accessories you can enchant.
NVM⌠IMC developers, Nexon are the publishers for korean and japan, IMC global.

(I hadnât looked into who the developers actually were, I just assumed that since the korean server is nexon it was them. Curious to if Nexon has a say in how things are done though since patches, unless changed, would still likely be kToS >> iToS. Then again if they have a far larger player base in korea itâd make more sense to use them for testing.)

just imagine casting 3 split arrow per second (granted with good ping)âŚ

Then just not make it work on skills.
All theyâve done is add something in thinking itâs a good idea and then rather than altering how it works theyâve nerfed something else.
(Think of it like if we never had additional damage skills like blessing and then suddenly got it. Rather than making it so it only worked on the 1st line of a 5 hit skill, they instead removed the other 4 hits of the skill. (This is with the assumption the damage boost was actually a game breaking amount.))
Not that I care, yeah itâll be annoying but itâs not that much of a nerf. How frequently do you spam a 0 cd skill that much. Youâre doing something wrong if it takes more than 5 uses and/or have no other skills to use during that 10 second cooldown. Barring bosses. â â â â bosses. And monks.
For a scout 3 it is a big deal, you are spaming ss until you finger broke.

Whatâs more worrisome is if it actually killed the class with the addition of the cooldown, those who have invested already for high level Split Arrow damage attribute would just have their silvers wasted. Same with other killed builds with this rebalancing.

Doesnât matter. (Attributes are forced reset with you getting 1 point per 1k silver invested already.)

Theyâve nerfed concentrated fire 734% to 219%⌠Saying that, with that % it was probably pretty op.
No thatâs their plan for when they implement the new balance patch. But, we will have to wait and see what the final solution is when it comes time. Hopefully no silver will be lost. Hopefully.

where do you take the assumption that in my previous post i wrote to discuss about Sc3 was meta for cleaning dungeons? i just explaining the difference between DPS fanatic and not(DPS fanatic). And that pyro-linker-thauma trend started since agni got released. If there is agni version of ice necklace, every DPS fanatic will rankreset their pyro to elementalist because frost cloud. In the end all they care about is damage. But the true pyrolover wont be flinched at all.
For farming silver, fallen legwyn gimmick is better than dungeon 145/170 because:
-it gives 235k x 3channel every 4 hour
-it must be handled with 4-5man party, wont be as mindnumbing as soloing dungeon because there is someone you must report to
-it is class friendly, any lv 120 character can participate
-it doesnt use up your dungeon quota
-you dont have to afraid getting DC-ed in the middle

Since when does it matter what crowd do you kill? Pyros are better in both.
Sc3 is simply not meta anywhere. Im not sure why you just bring another setting in here.
My whole point was that the class had no reason for the overheat and the devs just did it because they mindlessly did it with every skill that has no cd without thinking about its consequences since they are super retarded sometimes.
There is just no reason to pick it higher than c1 anymore if you cut the only relevant argument to pick c3. Flare Shots duration also been nerfed to oblivion and lvl 1 ist just enough.
