And took some shortcut like using TOS images.

This one is on my suspicious list as any artist who would draw this much scene wouldn’t resort to copy pasting from resources from the game as well as lose ability to draw direction of pupil/view from character.

Your earlier comment already admitted to copying, pasting then editing. Yet your “draft” shows the copypasted part drawned.
With that said- no artist would waste the effort to copy paste and edit like the easy headgear prop in if they can draw that much scene. (By the way, background also suspicious on different quality of jpeg)

While vague, you can use ToS resource to make a composition (probably). However, your whole drawing is suspicious as what I said in both my comments.
Maybe you’re not too familiar with it, but If you want to improve as an artist you have to understand that you cannot take credit for work that is not actually from your own creative ideas or at least be able to admit that a part of your work was not fully drawn by your own hands. Influences and inspiration are fine but things like tracing, Frankensteining, or heavily referencing are not things to be proud of in the professional world, which is why you’re suppose to keep that material private in case you are just “practicing” or doing it for fun, otherwise you could get into a lot of trouble.
I recognized the second girl in the picture to be “traced” or heavily referenced off a character from an anime called Samurai Champloo:

There are plenty of ways to have drawn the ToS character without having to be so similar and still use that pose if you really wanted to, but in this case it’s much too easy to recognize the shapes and facial structure as Fuu’s.
TC you can draw and prob have more talent than me doing so, I ant draw a line even if y life depended on it…
just follow your inner self instead of your outer desires, Fan art Fest isn’t looking for the perfect art… it is looking for the perfect representation of yourself and how you see ToS…
