I did all this, the cutscene does not trigger anymore. It’s the quest. Normally you can’t have this quest as it instantly gets finished. It’s not like I get a crash anymore I just got the crash when the cutscene was supposed to trigger and then boom stuck with this crap, can’t abandon can’t restart can’t continue. RIP
They can force the quest to finish i think. Like this one from long time ago.
Maybe the support person thought you want it to be abandoned. You can ask them to finish instead.

Additionally, your video is tremendously unhelpful. Instead of you typing in a video that it doesn’t work, why not make a video of you going to the location where the cutscene is supposed to start, and showing that it doesn’t trigger?
Think about it from the perspective of the person trying to help you.
The video is useless anyways. No matter where. It doesn’t trigger this is fact. One that I shouldn’t have to begin with. It is this quest:

There also is neither an npc or anything and no task nothing. They “should” know this or at least be able to look it up. The quest is given when the cutscene starts and finished with the cutscene but the client got killed by the cutscene (it isn’t the first time I do this quest).
And of course nothing done yet.

Still broken, still no fix. I know that at least a GM (if there was one) would be able to at least give me the next part of the quest chain. Why? Because that was also possible via .lua script in the closed beta for everyone.

Mhh… so basically your client and the server went asynched. Client thinks its unfinished, server thinks its finished (“finished” set as default value). So in theory you have to modify the client to get it finished in order to proceed. Complete reinstall could help here.
If its complete serverside (quest event canceled in a weird way, no follow up possible bla bla) a gm who “knows the code” has to modify the servers data to get that issue solved. Good luck on that xD
So whats left is getting a lua that forces new data upon the server, something the server can work with.

It is server side and all that had to be done is either one little command that finishes the quest (probably doesn’t exist) or one that gives me the next part (exists, could be abused in the beta).

You have to keep in mind that actually responding here and then maybe throw in a command ingame is a lot of work. I shouldn’t expect that and just reroll. @IMC_Logic

To be honest I already gave up that this will be fixed. I mean I play on Fedimian and this is lawless ground without GMs anyways. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My only hope is that this quest chain will never become really needed. It feels a bit like a main quest as it’s the one before the Succubus fight which connects the story of the demon lords. If there happens to be a follow up one day then I am really screwed on my Highlander. At least my Highlander is the ONLY ONE without the quest then.

Pesonally I’m fine with getting it fixed before Rank 9 for now.
