because of witch bots hunt not so fast, as we wish, i want to suggest fast and cheap methods for this time.

  • add delay between messaging for 3-5 seconds.
    it will reduce the lags around spam bots, and make chat cleaner.
  • auto mute for 2-4-8-* hours If the same message is repeated more than “10” times. with warning for normal people, of course.

During this time you will be able investigate a bot this or not.

Hundreds of MMO are faced with these problems, why did you step on this old rake ?

won’t this be a huge inconvenience for other players?

and if you look closely at their messages, it often has a number at the end that changes from time to time to bypass the repeated messages filter

bots spamming few times at seconds. peoples don’t need this timings.
uniqueness can be considered for patterns in %. it does not matter. and not all bots are configured correctly.

yeah it’s old stupid methods, but better then nothing. now I do not see any action at all.

indeed, actions taken regarding these bots or the transparency of it is almost non-existent, but they are doing something, although not enough

i just hope the new in-game bot reporting system will be decent and reliable

if tickets will be treated ASAP, this system will help. if a day or two, bot would recoup his cost.
for example you can take tESO, they did not do anything.
