This is an AMD cpu specific problem and does not happen on Intel systems. A workaround is to get the zoomy plus addon and rotate the view angle either way by 1 or more degrees. However, this is only effective for the current session so you have to do it every time you restart your client.
Hey IMC, it`s been years that this issue has been around for AMD users. Is it ever going to be fixed?
As someone that just reinstalled the game again, I kinda want to uninstall right away because I can’t stand seeing my head spinning every second, it’s beyond annoying.

Install the addon zoomy plus and type in chat /zplus rotate 46 38, that’ll fix it temporarily until you close the game and enter again then you’ve to do it again.

But a slight camera change that is barely noticeable ingame managed to fix this and yet it hasn’t been adopted officially yet?
