rework the upgrade cap to +11, ■■■■ this rng ■■■■
I like this idea but let limit this to +10 and after +10 it will just be base on luck(RNG)
if the are player still want to enhance to +21 to +40 there will be always be a golden anvil but then again it has to be 0 potential.
In my Opinion remove potential.
ITs feels stupid to destroy Velc/Masinos weapons to get +16.
(I destroy all of my masinos weapons with 0 pot below +11)
Cap enhancement at +20.
Make it harder to reach +20/+16 and more expansive.
Like in ro after reaching +10 it cant fall below +10 but the chances are very low 10%> to suceed after that.
